PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLATFORM (NDA)
A property management and real estate consulting company providing administration, legal, and technical consultancy services, alongside a leading digital platform for online property management.
Challenge
Within an existing and complex digital product, the challenge was to design from scratch an integrated financial management product. The solution needed to support both administrators and end users, integrate seamlessly with other community management features, and meet high standards for accessibility and responsiveness.
Solution
Building on the existing design system and brand guidelines, and following an iterative ideation process, we designed two connected yet distinct experiences: "Financials", for administrators to manage overall financial structures and operations, and "Payments", for end users to approve or reject expenses and manage their personal payments. A shared language, components, and interaction patterns ensure clarity, consistency, and a smooth experience across both areas.

"Financials" is the administrative hub for managing building finances. Designed exclusively for administrators, it provides a clear overview of registered addresses and their related expenses. From monthly cost tracking to filtering invoiced and upcoming charges, the platform enables admins to monitor financial flows, create new charges for specific addresses, and generate invoices – bringing structure, control, and transparency to complex financial operations.
End-user feature
Payments is the user-facing experience that puts residents in control of their personal finances. Here, users can easily review past, pending, and upcoming expenses, approve charged payments, and resolve failed transactions. Designed for clarity and confidence, the interface simplifies financial interactions and ensures users always understand what they are paying for and when.
